The 24/7 Reference Cooperative Advisory Board consists of selected statewide coordinators and academic and public reference librarians from various libraries or groups in the Cooperative. The Board promulgates the 24/7 Reference Collaborative Policies and Procedures, as well as providing advice and guidance to the Cooperative Director.
